At OrriLore, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for our products: File Folders & Document Bags, Notebooks & Journals, and Pen Holders & Desk Organizers.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
- Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of Purchase: Your order number or receipt is required.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for personalized/customized items unless they are defective or we have made an error.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Any product that has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Gift cards or downloadable software products.
- Items not purchased directly from the OrriLore website.
Return Process
- Contact Us: To start a return, please email our support team at [email protected]. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Ship the Item: Please securely pack the item(s) and ship them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Deductions: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns not due to our error, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected].
Exchanges & Defective Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details. We will guide you through the replacement process, which typically involves returning the original item.
