1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and purchasing from the OrriLore website ("the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and OrriLore ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use or make purchases from our Site.

2. Products and Orders

OrriLore sells File Folders & Document Bags, Notebooks & Journals, and Pen Holders & Desk Organizers. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in pricing. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept upon sending an order confirmation email. We may cancel any order at our sole discretion.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OrriLore, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

The products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are error-free.

4. Intellectual Property Protection

All content on the OrriLore Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of OrriLore or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The "OrriLore" name and logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of OrriLore. You are not permitted to use any of these marks without our prior written consent. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content for commercial purposes.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
• Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and personalized/customized products are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. You will receive instructions for the return shipment.

6. General Provisions
