Shipping Method & Processing
We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Destinations & Timeframes
We ship internationally. The estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping is 7-20 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination country and local customs processing. These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the delivery destination. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. All charges will be displayed transparently before you complete your purchase.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. OrriLore has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We declare the full value of the merchandise on all customs forms.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. OrriLore is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance or note the damage with the carrier. For any lost or damaged shipments, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation and resolve the issue promptly.
